Bula Scholarships for Masters and PhD Studies

Building University Links for Action, also known as the BULA Project is an Intra ACP Mobility Project, which is funded with the support of the European Commission. The BULA Project is coordinated by The University of the South Pacific and comprises of 7 partners, including 2 major partners, 1 Technical partner, and 4 associate partners. The Project provides an opportunity for students from eligible Pacific and Caribbean countries to apply for a Masters or Doctorate study. It also provides an opportunity for staff from the major partner institutions to apply for a short term Exchange Program.

Scholarship Benefits 


  • Return Airfare;
  •  Monthly stipend of 600 EUR for MASTERS, 900 EUR for DOCTORATE students, and 1000 EUR for staff;


  • Insurance
  •  Study permit/visa cost
  •  Tuition paid directly to the host institution
