CSU is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, a city of about 155,000. CSU offers four scholarships of one half of nonresident tuition (approximately $12,000), to graduate students of any discipline and from any Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economy.
