Candidates who are qualified Malaysian citizens and fulfill the conditions laid out are invited to apply for scholarships and loans through Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) for studying in certain fields at UNITEN, Public Universities and  Leading Overseas according Universities .

General Terms of Application
1. Age not exceeding 19 years for SPM candidates and 21 years for STPM candidates in 2016
2. Active in co-curriculum activities
3. Has a strong personality and leadership high
4. No siblings who are receiving scholarships YTN
